Over the last seven years, Locale has developed over 250 occupier websites for over 50 different portfolios around the UK. These buildings vary from the very largest ‘trophy’ buildings in central London with service charges of between £1-£2M to 75,000 sq ft offices in Suffolk as part of a portfolio of 30 offices.
Through our experience of working with developers and managing agents and their respective asset managers, facilities managers, management services departments and building managers, we understand the issues involved in taking a great ‘strategic’ idea conceived at board level and then implementing it at ‘building manager’ level. We embrace the unique aspects of each client and transfer those elements into our websites, reflecting the aspects that make that client stand out.
The end result is a dynamic and relevant site that is engaging to the different user groups targeted at that building, be they occupiers, tenant representatives or building managers.
